Role : Workday Reporting Associate

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field of study

- Current Workday Certification

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports

- 5+ years of report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools

- Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday Security Model

- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Embedded Analytics, and future report-specific functionality

- Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student

- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
