Workday Reporting Associate

Job Description :

We're hiring for a Workday Reporting Associate with 5+ years of experience in report writing using enterprise reporting tools.

Experience includes reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.

Candidates must possess excellent time-management and prioritization skills, along with strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model. Y

ou must understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.

Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field of study

- Current Workday certification

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports

- Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model

- 5+ years of experience with report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools

- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality

- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
