Role : Workday Report Developer

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Position Summary :

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday platform to deliver actionable insights to HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer, Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT.

- Develop dashboards and analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with Workday security protocols and data governance policies.

- Optimize report performance and resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of Workday reporting experience.

- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Report Writer, BIRT) and calculated fields.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
