- Support month-end, period close or finance control activities where Workday PSA configuration, data or process issues require technical investigation.
- Document known issues, workarounds, configuration decisions, testing evidence and operational procedures to support traceability and knowledge transfer.
Governance, Risk and Release Management :

- Escalate service risks, control weaknesses, recurring defects, data quality issues and unresolved dependencies to the FINS Team Lead in a timely and structured way.
- Ensure PSA support activity is appropriately evidenced and auditable, particularly where it affects finance controls, billing, revenue recognition or project accounting.
Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement :
- Build trusted working relationships with the FINS Team Lead, Finance Process Owner, PSA process owners, Finance Shared Services, IT, our AMS partner and wider Workday Support Team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PSA support, helping stakeholders understand system behaviour, configuration constraints and appropriate use of standard Workday functionality.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service, strengthen controls, reduce repeat tickets and improve the user experience for project and finance teams.
- Contribute to training, guidance and adoption materials where PSA issues indicate a need for clearer business understanding or improved ways of working.
Tech Stack/Requirements :
- Experience supporting, configuring or administering Workday PSA in a live operational environment.
