Role : Workday Prism Consultant (Payment Reconciliation)

Experience Required : 5-8 Years

Were looking for a skilled Workday Prism Consultant with strong experience in Payment Reconciliation to drive data accuracy, financial visibility, and automated reconciliation processes within Workday.

What youll do :

- Design and build Prism datasets (DDS, PDS) focused on payment and financial data

- Develop payment reconciliation frameworks across payroll, vendors, and third-party systems

- Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite, Trending, Dashboards) for reconciliation insights

- Integrate and reconcile data using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio

- Perform data transformation using XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)

- Support payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF) and ensure accurate financial data flow

- Identify mismatches, automate reconciliation workflows, and improve data integrity

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights

What were looking for :

- 5-8+ years of IT experience with strong Workday expertise

- Hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics + Payment Reconciliation use cases

- Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)

- Experience in financial data handling, reconciliation, and reporting

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs

- Strong skills in calculated fields and data modeling

Nice to have :

- Exposure to Workday Extend

- Experience with Boomi or similar integration tools

- Knowledge of security (ISU, ISSG) and data migration

- Experience working with finance/payroll stakeholders
