Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday PRISM & Studio Consultant to support a complex payroll reconciliation initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday PRISM Analytics and Workday Studio, with a strong background in handling payroll data, integrations, and reconciliation processes.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, validation, and seamless integration across Workday and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data models using Workday PRISM Analytics for payroll reporting and reconciliation

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio

- Perform payroll data reconciliation, validation, and discrepancy analysis

- Build end-to-end data pipelines between Workday and third-party systems

- Analyze large datasets to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements

- Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, controls, and audit requirements

- Support reporting and dashboard creation for payroll insights

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Workday ecosystem

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday PRISM Analytics

- Proven expertise in Workday Studio integrations

- Solid understanding of payroll processes and reconciliation

- Experience working with large and complex datasets

- Strong knowledge of data transformation, ETL processes, and reporting

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex project environment
