Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end Workday Peakon implementation within a 3-4 month timeline.

- Gather business requirements and design survey structure, drivers, and dashboards.

- Configure Peakon (questions, segments, schedules, roles, access, and security).

- Support integrations with Workday HCM and other HR systems.

- Manage testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.

- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to HR and People Analytics teams.

- Advise on best practices for employee engagement, analytics, and continuous listening.

- Support hypercare and stabilization post go-live.
