About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant with strong functional expertise in Workday Learning, Audience Builder, HCM reporting, and security configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-scale implementations and production support, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex learning, reporting, and audience-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Learning modules, including learning content, courses, programs, and learning assignments.

- Design and manage Workday Audience Builder configurations using worker attributes and HCM data to target appropriate learner populations.

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HCM reports, calculated fields, and worker attribute configurations to support learning processes and business requirements.

- Configure and maintain Workday Learning security domains, business processes, and access permissions.

- Assess the impact of calculated fields, security settings, and worker data changes on learning functionality and reporting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to learning assignments, audience eligibility, report outputs, security access, and business process execution.

- Work with HR, Learning & Development, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.

- Support Workday Learning implementations, enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing production support.

- Participate in functional testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and validation of configuration changes.

- Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and support knowledge articles.

- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, reporting accuracy, system usability, and overall platform performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Workday, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Learning.

- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Audience Builder, including audience configuration and worker eligibility criteria.

- Hands-on experience with HCM reporting, worker attributes, and calculated fields.

- Understanding of Workday Learning security domains, business processes, and the impact of security configuration changes.

- Experience troubleshooting Learning, reporting, audience, and access-related issues.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday implementations, enhancements, or production environments.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
