Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant to lead the end-to-end data transformation and migration from legacy systems into the Workday ecosystem. The role requires strong technical expertise in data conversion, tenant builds, and ETL processes to ensure accurate and high-quality go-lives.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) :

- Workday Certified Data Conversion Consultant

- Strong experience in end-to-end data conversion lifecycle (Extract, Transform, Load)

- Hands-on expertise in data mapping, transformation, loading, and reconciliation

- Strong understanding of ETL frameworks and data validation techniques

- Experience with Workday Cloud Loader

- Experience using Workday Customer Central

- Hands-on experience in Tenant Builds (P0, P1, Gold tenants)

- Strong ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and audit compliance

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have (Not Mandatory) :

- Exposure to multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)

- Experience in global or multi-country implementations

- Experience in post go-live support
