Role Overview:

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with Workday consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving integration defects, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the successful deployment of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive integration test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications for Workday integrations.

- Perform thorough testing of Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound integrations, using various testing methodologies.

- Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

- Collaborate with Workday consultants and developers to understand integration requirements and resolve integration issues.

- Participate in the design and review of integration solutions to ensure testability and adherence to best practices.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.

- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration testing process.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive integration test plans and test cases for Workday implementations.

- Proven expertise in testing Workday integrations, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and other Workday modules.

- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of Workday integration technologies, such as Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
