We're Hiring : Workday Integration Lead / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Lead / Architect to join our Enterprise Solutions team and drive large-scale Workday integration initiatives for global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Workday integration architecture, design, development, and support

- Serve as the technical authority for Workday implementation and AMS engagements

- Engage directly with clients for solution design, integration strategy, and delivery

- Mentor and lead Workday integration consultants and developers

- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and architecture reviews

- Establish integration standards, governance, and best practices

Required Experience :

- 13+ years of overall IT experience

- 8+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience

- Proven experience in Workday Implementation and AMS projects

- Experience leading offshore teams supporting US and EMEA clients

- Current or previous Workday Certification

- Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)

- Workday Reporting & BIRT Reporting

- XML, XSLT, EDI

- Enterprise Integration Patterns

- Java / .NET

- Middleware Platforms

Functional Knowledge :

- Workday HCM

- Workday Financials

- Payroll Integrations

- Workforce Management

- HRMS & ERP Integrations

Preferred :

- Experience with Workday AMS Partner organizations

- Solution Architecture & Technical Consulting background

- Pre-sales and business development exposure

- Experience building Workday practices or Centers of Excellence (CoE)
