Workday Integration Developer

Description :

- Build and maintain Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.

- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Support Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules through efficient integration solutions.

- Configure and maintain Workday security policies and integration security groups.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, and production support tickets.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

- Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment documents.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across integrated systems.

- Monitor integration performance and recommend optimization improvements.

- Participate in Workday release management activities and system upgrades.

- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday ecosystem.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.

- Good knowledge of Workday Security concepts and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

- Experience in integration troubleshooting, monitoring, and debugging.

- Understanding of data transformation and middleware concepts.

- Knowledge of integration lifecycle management and deployment practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience or knowledge of Workday Extend is an added advantage.

- Exposure to cloud integration platforms and middleware technologies.

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Reporting is a plus.

- Certification in Workday Integration or related modules is preferred.

- Upskilling opportunities in Workday Extend and advanced integration technologies will be available.
