Workday Integration Developer

Description :

- Design & develop Workday integrations (PECI, Core Connector, Studio, RaaS, EIBs, Web Services).

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity, Timekeeping, Procurement, and IT teams.

- Perform testing impact analysis, regression during upgrades.

- Ensure compliance with Workday security, SOX, and data privacy.

- Maintain platform SSO, tenant refreshes, certificate updates.

- Document integrations design docs, workflows, technical notes.

- Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend optimizations.

- Lead & mentor junior developers and coordinate with partners.

- Work in Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions.
