Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant - Associate with strong hands-on experience in Workday integration development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations between the Workday Cloud platform and external applications across HCM, Financials, and other functional areas.

Mandatory Certifications :

- Current Workday Integration & Studio Certification

- Workday Advanced Data Conversion Certification

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and support complex Workday integrations.

- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XML/XSLT, and Cloud Connect.

- Participate in technical workstreams across HCM and/or Financials implementations.

- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Contribute to multiple phases of the project implementation lifecycle.

- Identify technical risks and recommend suitable alternative solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Technical Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 or more of the following: Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XML/XSLT, and Workday Cloud Connect.

- Strong understanding of integration architecture and third-party system connectivity.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
