Role Overview :

- 8 - 10 years of overall IT/consulting experience with 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience.

Technical Requirements :

- Strong experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Extend development.

- Proven expertise in Workday Studio for designing and building complex integrations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) - Inbound and Outbound.

- Extensive experience with Core Connectors.

- In-depth knowledge of PECI and PICOF frameworks.

- Experience working with Workday Orchestration.

- Experience building and supporting Benefit Connectors.

- Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications using Workday Extend.

- Strong understanding of Workday Extend architecture, business objects, security framework, and application lifecycle management.

- Experience integrating Workday Extend applications with Workday Studio, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems.

- Proficiency in XSLT, XPath, XML, JSON, and related integration technologies.

- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and business objects.

- Experience working with Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Workday Integration Certification.

- Workday Extend Certification.

- Workday HCM Certification.

- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

- Prior client-facing consulting experience.

- Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or Benefits implementations.
