Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday applications. The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Oracle systems (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.).

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

- Handle inbound and outbound integrations, including REST/SOAP web services.

- Support data migration, transformation, and validation between systems.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing production support.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

- Prepare technical documentation and integration design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).

- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle systems (HCM / Financials / Payroll).

- Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) is a plus.

- Good understanding of HR and Finance business processes and experience in Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management Talent and performance.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience in large enterprise or automotive environments.

- Exposure to cloud-based integration architectures.

- Workday certifications.
