Workday Integration Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday integrations. You will be responsible for coding, writing design/tech specs, performing code reviews, and managing integration strategies.

Technical Skills:

- Workday: Studio, EIB, Core/Benefits/Payroll Connectors, Calc Fields, XSLT, XML, Web Services, PRISM

- Payroll Expertise: PECI and PICOF implementation

- Technical Stack: XML, XSLT, XPath, OAuth/SAML, REST, SOAP

Experience Requirements:

- Total Experience: 4-8 years

- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Studio development

- Certification: Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Workday Studio integrations.

- Implement PECI and PICOF for global payroll providers.

- Develop custom XSLT, XML, and XPath transformations.

- Configure and troubleshoot REST and SOAP-based Web Services.
