Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF, APIs, and integration technologies.

The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, Workday functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Web Services.

- Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, integration systems, and integration security as required.

- Work closely with Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, Benefits, and other functional teams to understand integration requirements.

- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and production support.

- Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve integration failures and data issues.

- Develop reusable integration components and follow Workday integration best practices.

- Support data transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling requirements.

- Prepare technical specifications, integration design documents, test scenarios, and support documentation.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal application teams to resolve integration-related issues.

- Support Workday releases, enhancements, upgrades, and integration impact assessments.

- Participate in code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior consultants.

Required Technical Skills :

- 4-10 years of experience in Workday Integration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday EIB and Core Connectors.

- Experience with Workday Studio is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of PECI / PICOF integrations.

- Experience with Workday Web Services, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

- Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and security.

- Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
