Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integration solutions across enterprise HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies and have hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The role requires close collaboration with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business requirements.

- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration tools.

- Develop solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.

- Integrate Workday with third-party applications including Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and ERP systems.

- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and production incidents.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.

- Create and maintain technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment documentation.

- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and integration best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions within project timelines.

- Experience with data transformation, mapping, and file-based integrations.

- Understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance business processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Integration Certification.

- Experience with PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, or Document Transformation.

- Exposure to Workday Studio-based complex integrations.

- Experience working in Workday implementation, upgrade, or support projects.

- Knowledge of integration security and data governance practices.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
