Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio and Workday integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday Studio integration projects and possess foundational Java development skills. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex integrations between Workday and external enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio.

- Build and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

- Develop and maintain integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Workday APIs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather integration requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring system stability and performance.

- Develop custom integration solutions leveraging Java and XML technologies where required.

- Perform integration testing, defect resolution, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain technical design documents, mapping documents, and deployment procedures.

- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and integration upgrades.

- Ensure adherence to Workday integration best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
