We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Workday integrations and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.

- Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.

- Develop and customize reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.

- Integrate Workday with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration performance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

- Work in an Agile development environment and actively participate in sprint activities.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations and technology delivery.

- Strong expertise in :

a. Workday Studio

b. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

c. Document Transformation (DT)

d. Workday APIs

e. Workday Report Writer

f. Calculated Fields

g. Workday Connectors

- Strong programming skills in XSLT and XML.

- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile methodology; knowledge of Rally is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend is highly desirable.

- Immediate joiners only.

- Must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
