Overview :

We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant (Associate) with hands-on experience in developing and supporting Workday integrations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of integration technologies and experience working across Workday implementation workstreams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, or Higher Education modules.

- Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code bases, including Workday Studio, EIB, and third-party integration solutions.

- Develop integrations using technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.

- Participate in multiple phases of Workday implementation projects and deliver measurable outcomes within technical workstreams.

- Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner and recommend alternative technical solutions where required.

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration delivery.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for integration solutions.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Experience delivering technical workstreams across at least two phases of Workday implementations (HCM, Financials, or Higher Education).

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations.

- Experience working with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, and XSLT.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical documentation and solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Willingness to travel based on business needs and work extended hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Integration and/or Workday Studio Certification.

- Experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar development tools.

- Ability to support integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Strong interest in learning new tools, methodologies, and technologies within the Workday ecosystem
