We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Workday integration tools and the ability to independently manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, Public Web Services, and EIBs

- Own and manage enhancements, updates, and defect resolution for existing integrations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with best practices

- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment

- Ensure smooth functioning of Workday system architecture, including integrations, reports, and dashboards

- Monitor integrations, track issues/risks, and communicate status updates with relevant stakeholders

- Maintain integration inventory, schedules, SLAs, and documentation

- Manage data migration processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data security

- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and integration capabilities

- Work closely with functional teams during discovery, design, and implementation phases

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Workday APIs, and Workday Connectors

- Proficiency in EIB (especially inbound), XSLT, and Integration Security

- Experience with Workday Web Services and third-party system integrations

- Good understanding of integration lifecycle, data mapping, and transformation

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
