Workday Integration Consultant

Job Title : Workday Integration Consultant (5+ Years)

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Technical / Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations across HCM and related modules

- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design

- Deliver end to end integrations including development, testing, deployment, and production support

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; mentor junior resources as needed

Technical Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with :

- EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF

- Proficiency in XSLT (2.0 & 3.0) for data transformations

- Good understanding of API concepts (REST/SOAP, authentication, error handling)

- Good-to-have experience with Workday Orchestrations

- Experience handling inbound and outbound integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Reporting & Calculated Fields :

Experience in Workday Custom Reports :

- Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports

- Strong expertise in complex calculated fields

Functional & Security Knowledge :

- Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes

- Strong knowledge of Workday Security, including domain and business process security

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience supporting Sandbox, Preview, and Production tenants

- Exposure to Workday release management and regression testing

- Workday Certification (Integration / Studio / HCM) preferred
