Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and third-party enterprise systems.

- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementation projects by translating business requirements into functional specifications to ensure the solution aligns with client objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Workday tenant, providing timely support to stakeholders to minimize operational downtime.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to validate system design and ensure that all technical deliverables meet rigorous quality and security standards.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence in Workday development practices.
