Role Overview :

As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will serve as a bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical configurations.

You will engage directly with global stakeholders to analyze their HR operational needs, design scalable Workday solutions, and oversee end-to-end implementation cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects by translating business requirements into functional design specifications.

- Configure core HCM modules, including Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.

- Design and develop complex Workday reports and dashboards.

- Manage data migration and integration tasks using EIBs and Core Connectors.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and post-production support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot integration errors.

Required Skillset :

- 5 - 12 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle Workday HCM functional configuration.

- Proven ability to design and execute Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.

- Expertise in building advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proactive problem-solving approach with experience working in remote or distributed teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, complemented by relevant Workday certifications.
