Role Overview :

We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Recruiting module within Workday HCM.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting recruiting workflows, ensuring seamless integration with core HCM processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM, with at least 2 to 3 years focused on Recruiting.

- Workday Recruiting certification preferred.

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Any Workday Module Certification is mandatory.
