Workday HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide post-production support and enhancements for Workday HCM.

- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules.

- Gather business requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.

- Manage client support, enhancements, and release planning.

- Lead client workshops and solution discussions.

- Resolve complex Workday issues and mentor team members.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables and Workday best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

Total Experience : 10 - 14 years

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM.

- Experience with Business Process, Reporting, and Security.

- Hands-on experience with Core HR, Benefits, and Onboarding.

- 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation/support experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
