We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Workday HCM modules, business process configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure business processes, organizations, supervisory organizations, staffing models, security groups, and role-based access.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and custom reporting solutions.
- Support Workday biannual releases by evaluating new features, performing impact analysis, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely functional support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and other business teams to deliver system enhancements.
- Participate in Workday implementation, configuration, data migration, and system integration projects.
- Support Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) loads, data conversion, and mass data updates.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with Workday best practices, governance standards, and data security policies.
Required Skills:
- 6-11 years of experience in HRIS, with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
- Experience implementing and supporting core Workday HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, Organizations, Staffing Models, and Calculated Fields.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Experience with EIB, data migration, and data conversion activities.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations and production support.
- Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certifications in HCM or related functional modules.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF, or other integration technologies.
- Knowledge of additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Absence Management.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
