Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with expertise in Workday Recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting recruitment solutions within Workday, helping organizations streamline talent acquisition processes and enhance candidate and recruiter experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Workday Recruiting solutions based on business requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and document recruitment and talent acquisition requirements.

- Configure recruitment business processes, job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview processes, and offer management.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes.

- Configure recruiting-related security, notifications, approvals, and workflows.

- Support integrations and reporting requirements related to recruitment processes.

- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

- Develop functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, or support.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.

- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
