Workday Functional Consultant - Recruiting & Reporting

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for strong Workday functional consultants with expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Reporting. The consultants will be working with our US clients and leading the AMS support for L2/L3 requests. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills and experience interacting with the clients directly.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong Workday functional knowledge

- Strong experience in Core HCM, Compensation, or Recruiting

- Strong experience in Reporting

- Strong experience in AMS support with L2/L3 requests

- Strong consulting and client-facing experience

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Workday certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Workday HCM modules to align with client-specific business processes, ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting and Compensation modules to optimize talent acquisition and total rewards strategies.

- Develop complex custom reports and calculated fields to provide actionable workforce analytics and executive-level insights.

- Conduct functional workshops with business process owners to gather requirements and validate system design against operational goals.

- Perform rigorous system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

- Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance system usability and performance.
