Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Workday Functional Consultants with strong functional expertise in Workday modules and proven consulting experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with US-based customers and providing functional guidance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional consulting and advisory services across Workday implementations and support engagements.

- Work on Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Reporting.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Configure and support Workday business processes based on client requirements.

- Collaborate directly with US customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.

- Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution.

- Provide recommendations and best practices to improve Workday processes and functionality.

- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of Workday consulting experience.

- Workday certification in at least one of the following :

1. Core HCM

2. Benefits

3. Recruiting

4. Learning

5. Reporting

- Strong functional knowledge of Workday business processes.

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

- Ability to independently interact with US-based customers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, or support projects is preferred.
