Workday Consultant / Manager

Experience : 4 Years - 15 Years

Responsibilities :

- Deliver solutions in Workday US Payroll module, including configuration, reporting, and integrations.

- Lead/manage small implementation projects and AMS support for Payroll.

- Conduct requirements gathering, define scope, and manage scope gaps.

- Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.

- Provide go-live assistance and ongoing production support.

- Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients for project delivery.

- Mentor and coach team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong technical & functional expertise in Workday US Payroll.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, data conversion, reporting, and integrations.

- Minimum 7 years overall experience, with at least 4 years in Workday.

- Workday Certification in Payroll is mandatory.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education :

- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (or equivalent).
