Qualifications :

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications :

- 6 - 10 years experience in consulting or industry roles

- Functional expertise in Financial and/or Supply Chain ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)

- Sound understanding of financial accounting and/or supply chain processes

- Should have completed at least one full life cycle ERP implementation

- Willingness to learn and excel in new ERP environments

- Skilled across various business process areas : Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Management, Project Budgets and Billing, Budgeting and Forecasting, Grants and Awards

- Works independently and manages multiple assignments effectively

- Strong oral and written communication skills; adept at presenting (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; displays mature judgment

- Knowledgeable about current cloud-based SAAS and PAAS offerings
