- Lead Workday Financial Accounting implementation, enhancement, and transformation programs.

- Engage with finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solution strategies.

- Drive solution design across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and business process assessments.

- Provide functional leadership during design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Manage project teams, client communications, and stakeholder expectations.

- Support business process optimization and finance transformation initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Finance, ERP, or Financial Systems consulting.

- Strong functional expertise in Workday Financial Management and Financial Accounting.

- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Banking, and Financial Reporting.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.

- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Experience managing teams and mentoring consultants.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Financials certification preferred.

- Experience in global finance transformation programs.

- Background in consulting organizations or large enterprise environments.
