Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Workday Finance professionals to lead and support end-to-end Workday Financials implementations. This role involves project planning, requirement gathering, system configuration, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation and configuration of Workday Finance modules (P2P, R2R, C2C, Integration).

- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.

- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data integrity.

- Coordinate integration with payroll, procurement, and billing systems.

- Develop test plans and execute quality assurance to ensure system functionality.

- Manage organizational change, user training, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate/CA with 3-9+ years of development and implementation experience.

- Must have managed or led Large Enterprise End-to-End Workday Financials Implementations.

- Hands-on design, solutioning, configuration, and testing experience in procurement and integration modules.

- Experience with global/multi-country deployments and localization requirements.

- Workday Certification is preferred.
