Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Finance Consultant to support and enhance our Workday Financials environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Workday Financial Management, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Financial Management modules.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions aligned with best practices.

- Configure, test, and support Workday Finance functionality including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Procurement, and Reporting and Analytics.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial analytics to support business decision-making.

- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and project implementations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, Procurement, and IT.

- Ensure consistent communication and timely updates to stakeholders regarding deliverables and issue resolution.

- Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Workday experience with at least 3+ years focused on Workday Financials.

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Finance configuration and support.

- Deep understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting commitments and deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Workday Financials Certification.

- Experience supporting global finance organizations.

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Workday Reporting.

- Knowledge of integrations and cross-functional Workday processes.

- Experience working in outsourced, consulting, or managed services environments.
