Workday Developer - Integration

Required Qualifications :

Certifications & Experience :

- Workday Integration Certification(s) - Core, Studio, or Cloud Connect

- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday integration experience

- Proven track record of working on Workday integration projects focusing on customer interaction

- Excellent communication skills

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Workday architecture

- Proficiency with Workday integration tools: EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Report Writer

- Working knowledge of integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, web services

Domain Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of HR business processes across HCM, Payroll

- Understanding of downstream/upstream system integrations (ADP, Fidelity, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting firms

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management approaches
