Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.

- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications such as payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, and external HR systems.

- Configure and support Workday HCM business processes and security as required.

- Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and data extracts to support integrations and business reporting.

- Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Workday integrations and data interfaces.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Prepare technical design documents, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience as a Workday Developer.

- Strong experience with Workday HCM.

- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

- Expertise in Workday Studio development.

- Experience with Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, CCB, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud.

- Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).

- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.

- Experience in developing inbound and outbound integrations.

- Knowledge of calculated fields, custom reports, and report writer.

- Familiarity with Workday security and business process configuration.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
