You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, functional analysts, and cross-functional IT teams to design, build, and maintain robust integrations that power our core business processes.

By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will directly influence the efficiency of our global operations, ensuring that our payroll, talent management, and employee engagement platforms operate with maximum reliability and data integrity. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in India, allowing you to contribute to high-impact projects while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio to ensure seamless data synchronization across internal and external systems.

- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to validate system changes, ensuring that all deployments meet rigorous quality standards before moving to production.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end Payroll configurations, including tax updates, earnings, and deductions, while maintaining strict data privacy standards.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively within a distributed, remote-first team environment.

- Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with a track record of managing multiple project streams simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to continuous learning within the Workday ecosystem.
