- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).

- Configure and customize Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security.

- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and Prism Analytics (if applicable).

- Support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and Benefits.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and production issues.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides.

- Monitor Workday releases and implement new features and enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Developer or Workday Integration Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and business processes.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Workday Studio

2. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

3. Core Connectors

4. Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

5. Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields

6. XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON

- Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SFTP, middleware, and web services.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday certification in Integration, HCM, or Studio.

- Experience with Workday Extend.

- Knowledge of Payroll, Finance, or Recruiting modules.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or cloud integration platforms.
