Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in OUS (Outside United States) Payroll Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday payroll integrations across multiple countries, integrating with global payroll providers, and working with Workday integration technologies such as PECI, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations for global (OUS) payroll systems.

- Configure and support Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll.

- Develop and maintain payroll integrations using PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface), PICOF (legacy), Core Connector : Worker (CCW), and WECI.

- Build custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document Transformation (XSLT), and Workday REST/SOAP Web Services.

- Develop outbound integrations for employee, payroll, and HR data, and inbound integrations for payroll results, reconciliation, and payroll validation.

- Integrate Workday with global payroll vendors and third-party payroll systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.

- Perform reconciliation of payroll data and implement error handling mechanisms.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to understand business requirements and deliver integration solutions.

- Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, integration design documents, and support documentation.

- Ensure integration security, performance optimization, and adherence to Workday best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Workday Integration :

- 5 to 8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.

- Experience in designing and implementing OUS Payroll Integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud.

- Experience with Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll.

- Multi-country payroll integration experience.

4. Technical Skills :

- Workday REST and SOAP APIs

- XML, XSLT, JSON

- Web Services

- Integration troubleshooting and debugging

- Middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) Preferred

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with multiple global payroll vendors (ADP, NGA, SD Worx, CloudPay, Safeguard, Ramco, etc.).

- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll business processes.

- Experience with Workday security and integration best practices.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Workday Integration Certification is preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
