Are you an experienced Workday Data Mapping & Conversions Consultant looking to work on global HR transformation projects? We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in Workday HCM data conversion, mapping, ETL, and migration to support enterprise Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Workday Data Conversion activities for HCM implementations.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and migration.

- Gather data requirements from business stakeholders and legacy systems.

- Develop and execute ETL processes for Workday data loads.

- Configure and execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and Workday integration tools.

- Validate data quality and reconcile migration results.

- Support Workday deployment, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and business users.
