Requirements :

- Proven experience leading Workday data conversion projects (HCM, Financials, or Student).

- Expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

- Strong ability to resolve complex data issues and mitigate risks.

- Skilled in designing and executing conversion strategies and best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Office Suite.

- Excellent client management and communication skills.

- Ability to define scope, timelines, and dependencies clearly.

- Experience mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.

- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak cycles.

Preferences :

- Current Workday certification (Core HCM, Financials, Advanced Data Conversion).

- Overall 7+ years of experience, relevant 5+ years of Workday data conversion experience; 2+ full lifecycle implementations.

- Technical skills : SQL, XML/XSLT, Web Services, VBA, ETL.

- Advanced Excel (Power Query, macros, complex formulas).

- Familiarity with tools like Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, Beyond Compare.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities.
