Experience : 4+ Years.

Location : Any India Location (Remote Work).

Position Type : Permanent/Fulltime.

Working Hours : 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST at least.

Experience and Education Requirements :

- Minimum of 4+ Year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant with strong working experience in Recruiting, Core Compensation, Security & Reporting.

- HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required.

- The following Workday Partner Certifications are preferred :

1. Talent

2. Learning

3. PEX

4. Advanced Comp

5. Recruiting

6. Benefits

7. Launch

- Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.

- All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.

- Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports.

- Strong organizational skills are required.

- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required).
