As a Workday Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring Workday modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless operations. You will work alongside a team of experienced consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, playing a crucial role in delivering successful Workday implementations. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline HR processes, improve workforce management, and make data-driven decisions, ultimately contributing to their overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to Workday functionality to design effective solutions.

- Configure and customize Workday modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Compensation, to meet client-specific needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, resolving issues and optimizing Workday performance.

- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful Workday implementations.

- Develop and deliver training to clients on Workday functionality and best practices to empower them to effectively use the system.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and updates to provide clients with innovative solutions and recommendations.
