Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Workday Consultant with 5 - 8 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules, business process configuration, reporting, and production support while collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM and related modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Configure business processes, security roles, and organizational structures.

- Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and report writer solutions.

- Support Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.

- Perform system testing, regression testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues in the production environment.

- Support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.

- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams for system enhancements.

- Analyze Workday releases and implement new features where applicable.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the Workday platform.

- Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

- Provide end-user support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Participate in system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

- Experience configuring Workday Business Processes.

- Strong knowledge of Core HCM and one or more modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, or Time Tracking.

- Experience with Workday Security configuration.

- Knowledge of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.

- Understanding of EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of overall IT/HRIS consulting experience with strong Workday expertise.

- Workday Functional or Workday HCM certification is preferred.

- Experience supporting Workday implementation or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to global HR processes is an added advantage.
