Key Responsibilities :

- Module Configuration : Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions across one or more core focus areas (Advanced Comp, HCM, Talent/Performance, or Recruitment).

- Business Process Optimization : Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and translate complex HR requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

- System Maintenance & Support : Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting system issues, and managing semi-annual Workday release cycles.

- Data Integrity & Reporting : Ensure data accuracy across modules and build custom reports or dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams (Integrations/Security) and external vendors to ensure seamless end-to-end system performance.

Core Areas of Expertise :

Candidates must have deep, hands-on experience in at least one of the following pillars :

1. Workday HCM & Employee Lifecycle :

i. End-to-end Core HCM configuration, supervisory organizations, and business process (BP) alignment.

ii. Seamless setup and management of Onboarding and Offboarding functional areas to ensure an optimal employee experience.

2. Workday Advanced Compensation :

i. Configuration of complex merit cycles, bonus plans, stock plans, and total rewards statements.

ii. Management of compensation eligibility rules, grids, and matrix components.

3. Workday Talent, Performance & Succession :

i. Design and implementation of performance review templates, goal management, and competency models.

ii. Configuration of talent pipelines, potential assessment matrices (e.g., 9-box), and succession plans.

4. Workday Recruitment :

i. Full-lifecycle recruitment module configuration, including candidate experience, job requisitions, offer letters, and agency management.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 5 to 10 years of dedicated hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or Analyst.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Workday security models, business processes, and custom reporting (Matrix, Advanced).

- Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interface comfortably with senior HR stakeholders.

- Certifications (Preferred) : Workday Pro or Partner certifications in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting are a significant plus.
