Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Workday Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Workday applications, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials, along with proficiency in Selenium and C# for developing and maintaining automated test solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Workday applications.

- Validate Workday HCM and/or Financials business processes and integrations.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Support quality assurance activities across complex enterprise environments.

- Participate in test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.

- 3+ years of Manual Testing experience in complex enterprise environments.

- Minimum 1 year of Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials (FIN) experience.

- Minimum 3 years of Selenium Automation experience.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on C# programming experience.

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.

- Experience with Integration Testing and Regression Testing.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

- Must be willing to relocate to Australia.

- Available to work onsite for a minimum of one year.

- Comfortable working onsite at least three days per week.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise ERP/HCM systems.

- Knowledge of Workday integrations and business processes.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation best practices.

- Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs
