Excellent Opportunity with TOP MNC Client - Immediate Joiner

The Workday and Dayforce SME will support the Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transformation as part of the Lifecycle and Workflow workstream. The role will contribute to a controlled, governance-led migration that protects business continuity, validates rollback readiness, and prepares the future-state environment for operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate Workday and Dayforce as authoritative HR sources and map lifecycle events and attributes.

- Define source-of-truth rules, data ownership, employee status handling and exception scenarios.

- Support integration design for joiner, mover, leaver, contractor and organizational changes.

- Coordinate HR data validation, lifecycle testing and defect resolution.

- Document dependencies, controls and support procedures for operational handover.

Required Experience and Skills :

- Workday and/or Dayforce integration experience

- HR data, worker lifecycle and organizational attributes

- Identity provisioning and integration patterns

- Data mapping, validation and exception handling

- Collaboration with HR, IAM and application teams

Key Deliverables :

- HR source and attribute mapping

- Lifecycle event requirements

- Integration validation evidence

- HR dependency and exception register

Success Measures :

- Assigned deliverables are completed to agreed quality and governance standards.

- Risks, dependencies, defects and decisions are identified early and managed transparently.

- Testing, evidence, rollback and operational-readiness requirements are completed before production progression.

- Knowledge is transferred through clear documentation, walkthroughs and support enablement.

Preferred Profile :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in information technology, engineering, cybersecurity, program delivery or a related discipline. Relevant Microsoft, Okta, IT service management, security, change management or project management certifications are advantageous based on the role.
